Are You Back on Track?

Did you get through the spring holiday successfully? Socializing events always implies eating events, making things much more challenging for someone trying to lose weight.

Congratulations to those of you who were successful! What did you do that made you successful? Continue to repeat that habit. But if you didn't get through the holidays like you had planned to, really make an effort to learn from those mistakes and avoid any labeling yourself as a failure. What were your mistakes and what could you do differently the next time a similar event occurs?

Most importantly, whatever you do, do not label yourself according to past dieting efforts. Remember all a negative label does is put a limitation on you. Instead I encourage you to let go of it. Only when you let that go can you go forward to attaining your goals.

If you have dieted repeatedly in the past, over time your label could become an engrained foundation label for your life! If you keep saying, "I have no willpower".... "I can never succeed"... "I can't do this...." do you know that your entire sense of being could be sculpted by this way of labeling yourself?

So come to terms with the real you instead. Do you have a self-imposed limitation? What is really true about yourself? To be truly free you must examine those questions. Let go of the old you. Become the person you really can be. Use us for support and guidance.
