Wednesday, May 28th 2014 is National Senior Health and Fitness Day

After American soldiers returned home from World War II and the United States experienced an "explosion" of births generally called the Baby Boomer generation. This is generally defined as those born between the years of 1946 and 1964, those now between the ages of 48 and 66. So it's only appropriate that we support these "seasoned" group of individuals. We want to make sure these people, who make up almost 30% of our population, have the best quality of life in their retirement years. We want them, like everyone else, to eat healthy and stay active and fit in these years. After all, some of these people may be our very own parents.
