A Few Tips to Stay on Track

During the holidays (or even at any given social event throughout the year) realize there will be times ahead when there just aren't any healthy options, possibly when you are at a special family gathering or traveling. Or maybe you would really resent being on a diet plan when everyone else is indulging. I am not saying to go off your diet plan, but when you do have times like these, there are things you can you do to moderate major diet damage.
