At a glance for people who are used to eating highly processed and fast foods, it may seem those foods are cheaper than healthy fresh foods. Today's blog will be part of a two part segment to show you ways to eat healthy on a budget.

The problem is that processed foods and fast foods do not promote health or weight management in a favorable way due to all the sugar, highly refined and processed carbohydrates, additives, chemicals, fat (particularly trans fats), and the high sodium they contain.
