Motivation – After a Slip

How are you all doing now that we are well into January? It's usually a good month for following a diet. However after a few weeks or so, the "newness" of a diet or resolution wears off and the reality of all the hard work you need to do starts to make you weary. You may start to have slips in your plan. Then you may get discouraged and might even quit.
