What Is A Healthy Body Fat Percentage?

Yesterday I discussed measuring belly fat accurately but today I also want to cover the importance of actual body fat percentages. (Your body fat percentage is printed on the bottom of your weekly weigh-in receipt.) The Mayo Clinic and other health professionals also use this as a general guideline for health. As I mentioned you can look a normal weight but if your body fat percentage is still too high you still may not be healthy as you could be. Exercise can go a long way in helping you get your body fat percentage down but it does take a while.
