SAFE Grilling

The other day I did a blog regarding healthy grilling and what it all entails. But one aspect that needs more elaboration on this entire topic has to do with keeping your grill actually clean. I don't mean just in terms of germs but keeping your grill free of the residue of wire bristles after cleaning the grill grates. It may be more of a problem that relates more to safe grilling in addition to healthy grilling!
