Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Peaches, unsweetened
- 2 Tablespoons Raspberry Preserves, unsweetened
- ¼ cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt*
- 1 scoop CMWM Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup Ice
- 2 packets Stevia, Truvia or Splenda or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Cherry Extract or to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to taste with the extracts and Stevia. Add more ice if you prefer a taller smoothie.
Be aware that the carbohydrates for the day add up quickly. Plan your menu accordingly. Do not exceed 45 grams of carbohydrates for the whole day’s menu.
