Beef Stroganoff

This is beef stroganoff recipe is very quick and easy to prepare. The beef can be simmering away in a slow cooker while you sleep. Final preparation only takes a few minutes after that. This is delicious when served with cauliflower mashers or cauliflower rice.

Today we'll think about a new 'mantra' or game plan to help to stay on track. We'll plan our menu for the week and then have a road map or target to stay on the plan. As a personal chef, a caterer or a cook in any serious food preparation environment, we make a plan then work the plan. By having a firm idea of our expectations we can carefully plan our time to make the best use of our efforts and if we need to adjust something here or there we can make changes as needed but have a plan to get back on track with.

Introducing Jeff Huff, Executive Chef

Hello!
I'd like to introduce myself today. I am a new addition to the team at California Medical Weight Management and will be in charge of recipe and menu development. My name is Jeff Huff and have served as Executive Chef and Restaurant Owner for nearly forty years in the Northern California Bay Area. I will be bringing new recipes, menus and helpful tips to the program and will be working very closely with my esteemed colleague and friend Elaine Murphy.
