Don’t you just love it when you find something so simple and is really tasty? Today I'm offering 3 very tasty and very easy recipes to try. Even if you've never really thought about making an infused vinegar before it's well worth the effort. And when a co-worker sent me an article about homemade drinking vinegars, I was intrigued. Since I had extra raspberries in the freezer, I thought “why not?” Just three ingredients and a little patience is all it takes to make this tangy, sweet vinegar which is the base for two recipes I’m sharing with you today, Raspberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette and Raspberry Shrub (a refreshing cool,non-alcoholic summer drink).
