Plan Your Work, Work the Plan

Today we'll think about a new 'mantra' or game plan to help to stay on track. We'll plan our menu for the week and then have a road map or target to stay on the plan. As a personal chef, a caterer or a cook in any serious food preparation environment, we make a plan then work the plan. By having a firm idea of our expectations we can carefully plan our time to make the best use of our efforts and if we need to adjust something here or there we can make changes as needed but have a plan to get back on track with.
