Last week I discussed thinking outside of the box when putting recipes and menus together. Developing a creative mind set will help you set the stage for innovative recipe development that will not only make your menus more interesting but will help keep you from getting into a culinary rut. Another idea that I would highly recommend to help you get and stay creative with your meal preparation is to practice advance planning and batch cooking. The idea here is to make meal preparation quick, easy and having recipe and meal components at your fingertips.
