So This is What 100 Calories Look Like

Written by

We are now midway through our holiday celebrations with some of the most robust meals just around the corner. Sure, sure, we'll all be much better about our dining choices AFTER New Years Eve. Ok, I'm as guilty as anyone and will splurge now and then. But, as with all guilty pleasures, I actually DO feel guilty about how over indulging will make me feel. So, to help me reel myself in from time to time I find a reminder of what I'm eating actually looks like from a caloric intake perspective alone, can really help me make more intelligent choices in my meal planning.

I recently came across just such an article online that I thought I'd share with you today. This article is really a quick visual tour of what 100 calories look like with some common foods we come across. Take a quick look to help you get things in perspective. When I see what I could enjoy in making wholesome choices versus just going for a 'see food' diet, the choices are really easy to make. Take a look and let me know what you think. Feel free to drop me a note at: [email protected].
