STOP Your Cravings Immediately!

Here is a simple way to stop any perceived craving dead in its tracks directly from Deepak Chopra"s book, "What Are You Hungry For?"

• First remember the word STOP! Then
S: Stop what you are doing.
• T: Take a one minute breathing break.
• O: Observe your bodily sensations of hunger. Rate them on a scale of one to five.
• P: Proceed with awareness.
