    Hi everyone, today is my first day on my diet, I think im going to need a little motivation. I only have 20 lbs to loose but my main concerne is maintaing my diet...any tips?

    Deleted user. Hello, Yes in deed it is very important to use a scale and correct amounts of measurements. Maintenance is a very important step of the program and if you follow it properly you will then see that it is easier than it may seem. Give your self a day where you can relax; stress is a factor that may complicate things and if your mind is set on success you will succeed (motivational thoughts). The good thing about all this is that we are on this together.
