    It's day 3 of this weight management. First day was hard, second day was easier, but today... I feel like cheating, because I'm feeling weak and lightheaded. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs though. Sigh.

    Deleted user. Hang in there, the best way to think about it is telling yourself this is the last day of day three. Remember that you can do it if you put complete focus in your goals. You are not alone, many people become a little moody at times as well but stick with it find people that are also looking for a change in there health, for good and you will see that you will find it a bit easier to follow. You can do it and remember that we are all behind you.
    The second word in success it what makes it happen and that is U.
