    Hi ya'll!! I am new to the site I am on week 2 of the diet and I've lost 13.5 lbs..I am LOVING it!! Not hungry at all and feel fabulous!!

    It's day 3 of this weight management. First day was hard, second day was easier, but today... I feel like cheating, because I'm feeling weak and lightheaded. My goal is to lose about 20 lbs though. Sigh.

    Deleted user. Hang in there, the best way to think about it is telling yourself this is the last day of day three. Remember that you can do it if you put complete focus in your goals. You are not alone, many people become a little moody at times as well but stick with it find people that are also looking for a change in there health, for good and you will see that you will find it a bit easier to follow. You can do it and remember that we are all behind you.

    Hi everyone, today is my first day on my diet, I think im going to need a little motivation. I only have 20 lbs to loose but my main concerne is maintaing my diet...any tips?

    Deleted user. Hello, Yes in deed it is very important to use a scale and correct amounts of measurements. Maintenance is a very important step of the program and if you follow it properly you will then see that it is easier than it may seem. Give your self a day where you can relax; stress is a factor that may complicate things and if your mind is set on success you will succeed (motivational thoughts). The good thing about all this is that we are on this together.

    I am having such a difficult time losing the weight. I read posts where people have lost 30 pounds in 30 days. It has taken me 4 months! I cannot take the stimulants because of the side effects of palpitations and such. I work out, I maintain my calories at net of 800, depending on how hard I work out and calorie burn, but still not moving fast. At a loss right now. Thinking of ketosis again.

    It really sounds like you may not be eating enough. This happens a lot with women. Please contact me privately and I can help you OK? First just accurately count your calories, make sure you have the full 600 calories of protein and the other added food items counted correctly.     Hiiii every one! Well, I just wanted to share some news!!! I have lost over 29 lbs in 28 days!!!! I weigh in on Tuesdays. My 4th Tuesday (last tuesday) was my 4th week! Thanks to the whole combination of this program I'm on my way to much better health!

    I look forward to others sharing their experiences and...............I HOPE I WIN THE iPAD!!! lololololol

    HI Elaine, Thanks for the post. Things so far are doing well. I have my first weigh-in tomorrow. I can already tell I have lost some lbs. I think I may have lost 4 lbs or more by tomorrow. After I extablished Ketosis I was able to add 2 servings of Veg..and 1 serving of Fruit. Seems to come about right at 800 Cals now. I am pretty satisfied all day (I think its the phintermine helping
