How To Choose The Right Exercise

Not every type of physical activity is right for everyone. The key is to choose an exercise that fits your personality, lifestyle, fitness level, and budget. Here are some factors to consider when finding an activity that will challenge you enough to give you the exercise you need, along with the enjoyment that will keep you doing it.

Do you prefer to be outdoors or inside? Do you need and want gentle exercise or something more vigorous and energetic? What’s your budget? How much time do you have? Are you a social person or more solitary? Are you self-motivated? Do you need a challenge?
